Okay so I have my fear of needles. Last injection was 8 years ago - had to get 3 in a row. First 1 I basically fainted, Second 1 I threw up, Third 1 I got put up the top of the list to get it done but I backed out, went last - toughened up and got it with no problems. 4 years ago I got my lip pierced - Worked myself up for 2 hours in the shop before getting it, then fainted when I did. What can I do to prevent this happening again?
